Terms and Condition for refund
▣Payment made through our portal will be kept in suspance account.No liabilities will be generated until we issued OR(Original Receit) . Our renewal department will check the policy information for lapse/Late payment status then if everything is ok the client will get an OR (Original Receit) Copy from our head office. If not client will notified via mobile and will ask to take back the deposit amount.
