Mr. Mahfuzur Rahman
Mr. Mahfuzur Rahman, son of the late Md. Mustafuzur Rahman (former Member of Parliament and eminent banker), was born in 1970 into a highly respected Muslim family from Sandwip, Chittagong. He obtained a Master of Commerce (M.Com) degree in Marketing from Dhaka University.
Mr. Rahman has been associated with Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited as one of its founding directors since its inception. Currently, he serves as the Chairman of the Company. In addition to his role in the insurance sector, he is also a renowned journalist.
He has successfully established multiple business ventures, including: Rupkatha Advertising (Pvt.) Ltd. ,Naz Color Process and Print Ltd.,Communication Express, Smart Express
Beyond his business endeavors, Mr. Rahman is actively involved in various social organizations. He is the Founder Chairman of the Dwipbandhu Mustafizur Rahman Welfare Trust and serves as the Chief Patron of the Sandwip Young Association.
In recognition of his contributions to the life insurance sector, he was honored with the Best Chairman Award among life insurance companies by the Rafiqul Islam Foundation.
For business purposes, he has traveled to Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, India, Nepal, and the United Kingdom.

Mr. Abdullah Jamil Matin
Mr. Abdullah Jamil Matin, son of Mr. Abdul Matin, was born in 1980 in Dhaka. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Sydney, Australia in year 2000 and later completed his MBA in Finance from North South University in 2002.
After completing his education, he embarked on a business career and has since established himself as a distinguished entrepreneur. Mr. Matin has been associated with Rupali Life Insurance Company Limited as one of its founding Directors since its inception. Currently, he serves as the Vice Chairman of the Board of the company.
In addition to his role in the insurance sector, Mr. Matin has built a diverse business portfolio. His other business ventures include Modern Dyeing and Screen Printing Ltd, Northern Islami Insurance PLC, Metropolitan Medical Center Ltd, Asian Specialized Hospital & Diagnostic Center Ltd and Narsingdi Hatchery & Fisheries Ltd.
His business acumen has led him to travel to numerous countries for commercial and business purposes.
Mr. Abdullah Jamil Matin is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment, Australia and a Life Member of the Bangladesh Economics Association. He is an active member of Rotary Club of Eskaton Dhaka. Additionally, he is an esteemed member of Dhaka Club, Uttara Club, Gulshan North Club and Baridhara Cosmopolitan Club.
